Prescription guide

Your Rx, without
the mystery.

A plain-language guide to the numbers on your prescription, your pupillary distance and the lens choices that matter.

01 / How to order

From frame to finished pair.

1

Choose your frame

Use the measurements printed inside a pair you already wear. The first number is lens width, the second is bridge width and the third is temple length.

2

Select how you use your lenses

Pick single vision for one viewing distance, readers for near work, progressive for multiple distances, or non-prescription for style and protection.

3

Enter, upload or send later

Type the prescription values, upload a clear image or finish the order and email it later. We review the information before production.

4

Check out and relax

You’ll receive an order reference, review updates and tracking once your glasses are ready to travel.

02 / Read your Rx

The letters are simpler than they look.

04 / Quick answers

Before you order.

Can I use an old prescription?+

Use a current, unexpired prescription from an eye-care professional. If you are unsure, confirm with your optometrist before ordering.

What if I do not know my PD?+

Ask your eye-care provider first. If it is not listed, you can measure it with help, but a professional measurement is best for stronger or progressive prescriptions.

Can every frame take every prescription?+

No. Very strong prescriptions, progressive lenses and highly curved sport frames have compatibility limits. Our review step is designed to catch these cases before production.

What happens if something looks wrong?+

We pause the order and contact you. Production does not begin until the prescription information is clear.
